Welcome to the Baby Nursery Kensington

Our Baby Nursery caters for children aged 3 months to 2 years old.  Children learn communication, language, physical and personal development in a caring and stimulating environment.  We are open from 7:00am until 6:30pm  and children can attend full time or part time.

Our Baby Nursery is in Holland Park, Kensington and provides the best start in life for your child in a caring and stimulating environment where they learn.  Food is cooked on the premises by our in-house chef. We have our own garden and children go on trips to the park.

Children can progress into our Nursery School and Pre-Prep, removing the worry of changing schools. We are in close proximity to Holland Park, Kensington, Brook Green, Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith.

Each child has a key person who observes the child and plans activities accordingly to allow them to reach their milestones when they are ready. We believe in honest communication with parents, and we use what we learn from you to work out an individual plan to make your child's experience at our baby nursery as a home from home.

As your child becomes more developed we are able to offer them more independence: they sit at the table at meal times and begin to sleep on a sleeping mat as opposed to in a cot. This independence is further developed through the encouragement of serving their own food, changing their own shoes and putting on and taking off their coats.

In the Baby Nursery children take part in Circle Time sessions, which focus on language by singing songs and nursery rhymes, reading books and interacting with their peers. They are encouraged to use the potty from 18 months and are rewarded for successful attempts.

Information regarding our curriculum, sport, other extra-curricular activities, catering, as well as our school minibus service, can be found in the About section.

Our Baby Nursery staff all have an abundance of patience and love, and they are always happy to discuss the needs of their children with the parents, as well as learn about the children’s achievements outside of school. We believe that by combining our parents and staff, we create a team designed to guide each child through their early years to their full potential.
